If
you think that Heffalump may be a good fit for you and your child,
please take the following steps.
Step
#1: Visit Us
We'd
like every prospective family to visit Heffalump in person. Please
call to schedule your visit during school hours to see our program
first hand. You are encouraged to bring you child(ren) with you.
Step
#2: Show Us You're Interested
If
you would like your child(ren) to attend Heffalump, complete the
"Schedule Request Form" and return it with a non-refundable
application fee of $50. We accept applications throughout the year
and make enrollments upon availability.
Step
#3: Talk With Our Director
Craig
Ward will contact you within 2 weeks of receiving your form to let
you know if there is room for your child. If there is not room, you
have the option of being placed on our waiting list and we will call
you if space becomes available.
Step
#4 Secure Your Enrollment
If
we have a position for your child, you may turn in your security
deposit (equivalent to one month's tuition) to ensure your child's
enrollment in our program.
Step
#5 Complete the Paperwork
All
forms (emergency forms, medical release, etc.) must be completed
before your child's first day of school.
Step
#6 Get Ready!
Prepare
to have fun! We look forward to adding you to the Heffalump family.
